Alexander Henry Fabrics

I love Alexander Henry Fabrics. I placed an order at the international textile show in L.A. last month, and I called AH to get a status on my order. It was shipped out today! I'm getting this print in three colorways (that is textile-speak for background color).

Love European inspired patterns? I know I do.

I've been sewing forever and the big challenge is to adjust american patterns. I'm not sure how they grade the patterns, but I don't think each size is tested on a real person, especially for childrens wear. Unless you have the right sized dress form, or a kid that is willing to be fitted, sizing can be a nightmare.

Farbenmix patterns are one of my favorites. I think they tested each size on a real kid because I am consistantly impressed with the finished results. Each size fits well. The only thing I notice is that the dress straps are longer than what I like, so it is just a quick adjustment. I'm offering them in my eBay store and website. You can get better images of the patterns at the eBay store, but better prices on the website.
